Evening on the River: A Dragonfly and a Little Creative Spark
Share
There’s something about a summer evening on the river that clears your head and makes space for new ideas.
Last night, after a full day of designing and prepping orders, I grabbed my kayak and headed for the water. The sun was low, the air was soft, and the surface of the river was glassy and still—one of those evenings where the mountains feel a little closer and the sky turns every shade of lavender and gold.
Just as I was drifting along, a single dragonfly buzzed right into view—hovering, darting, and catching the last bits of light. It felt like one of those small, perfect moments you don’t realize you needed until you’re in it.
By the time I got back to shore, I couldn’t help but think back to when I first designed our Dragonfly Tote. It’s been a little while now… but evenings like this always remind me why I made it in the first place.
The tote is part of our Wild Waters collection—a little nod to river days, slow moments, and the quiet magic that sneaks up on you when you least expect it.
Whether you’re heading to the farmers market, packing for a day at the lake, or just want a reminder to slow down and notice the small things… this one’s for you.
Thanks for following along on this journey. And here’s to more river evenings and small sparks of inspiration.
