We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

🪡 Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Because each piece is crafted just for you, custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there’s a defect or issue on our end.

🚚 Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend tracking your return.

💸 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
